We have been designing and building custom leather race suits for the last 7 years.
We custom fit leathers to suit your needs with your choice of colour, padding and/or armor. We are not limited by colours and are more than happy to build that one off design you may have been thinking about for years. Jet Luge Cowboy Leathers are built by a racer for racers.

Cowhide motorcycle suits at: $750AU Cowhide

Nothing can fit better than a custom made motorcycle suit specifically tailored to your needs! These suits will be made from high quality full grain cowhide or kangaroo leather in the colour and design of your choice.

A true custom made suit lets you choose your colours, design, features and sizing!

Standard Suit features: Available in 1 piece or 2 piece.

Leather/Material options: Cowhide, Kangaroo, Stingray, Knitted Kevlar, Keprotec kevlar.

Colours: A large range of colours are available in shiny & matte finishes. (Custom colours can be organised at a premium)

CE Approved armour in shoulders, elbows and back. (High density foam with plastic outer shell or normal high density foam - pictured)

Kevlar Material at the insides of the arms

Hard leather protective padding situated on the front of the jacket.

Breathable mesh lining that is removable for cleaning.

Zippered cuffs with snap buttons.

Adjustable Velcro waist belt.

Low cut collar with snap button.

Full YKK zipper located around the bottom to allow the pants to be attached.

Bottom

CE Approved armour at the knees and thighs.

Kevlar Material located at the inside thighs.

Removable Knee sliders

Polyester Lining.

Stretch panels above knees and at back of waist to allow ease of movement.

Zippered ankles.

Full YKK zipper located around the top of the pants for the jacket to be attached.

The Process

Once you decide to purchase, Jet Luge Leathers will require the following information (don't worry, we will be here to help you through the whole process)

A basic idea of the design/colours/features you would like your suit to include. (After we get this, we can work through and help you design it to your needs)
Your measurements (we will send you our great measuring guide to ensure all measurements are taken and sent).
Your standard t-shirt and pants sizes

This information helps to ensure you get the exact design you would like and that it will fit like a glove.
